Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Will you make toy XYZ again?
    1. we have popular mid-range, screen-printed toys like the kangaroo, gothicorn, & Magical Stable animals that are designed as "stock" toys. When they run out, they will typically be re-run again.
    2. Certain mid-range toys may be left to run out & will not be made again due to low demand/because their designs are outdated. OCs & mod versions may also fall in this category. We determine popularity based on notification requests we get via the product pages.
    3. The more expensive Jetsonic-built pre-order items will generally always have a small excess quantity of units that will go on regular sale in the store. When gone, they're gone. The "custom" range toys are unlikely to be re-run again unless there is a very strong demand.
    4. We will generally not give you an answer by email/DM whether & when something will be re-run, simply because we don't like to give out half-baked information. If there's a decision & a production slot, then we will communicate it here, on FB, and/or the store's website.
  2. Do you ship to the US (or any other place in the world)? If your country has a postal system, then we will ship there. You can see the exact cost during the checkout process before you are asked to confirm/buy. Domestic UPS rates are available for most US orders.
  3. What are your order processing and shipping times? Order processing can be up to 5 days, depending on the product and location. US and German mail run times are in accordance with UPS and DHL domestic mail run times. EU shipments take 3-5 work days; other international shipments can take 2-3 weeks in addition to the order processing time. You will receive tracking information. US shipments are by UPS 3rd Day Ground. Please check our shipping policy if you are unsure or before enquiring about your order status!
  4. What if the item I purchased is defective upon first inflation? Then you will be able to return it with no cost to you and have it exchanged or refunded. Alternatively, if the defect is small, you can also elect to have a partial refund of discount for future purchases. We reserve the right to assess the validity of the claim, though. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.
  5. Which forms of payment do you accept? And can I pay in instalments? The store accepts major credit cards, G-Pay, Applepay, SEPA bank transfer, Giropay, iDeal and Przelewy24. Bank deposits can be made to a German account. Payment in instalments (by credit card) is possible when you select the Spiltit payment option at checkout or (in Germany) by Klarna.
  6. Can I pay in US Dollars? By selecting the currency selector at the top right hand corner (or bottom right hand on mobile devices) you can select to pay in most major currencies.
  7. Do you make custom inflatables? Custom designs and adaptations of existing products are available for commercial clients or for large private orders. Minimum order quantities are typically 100 pieces. Inflatable pillows can be made individually for all groups of customers. Please check our custom order page for more information. We are always happy to accept designs for consideration as a non-exclusive production. An appropriate compensation will be paid for commercial use.
  8. How robust are your products? All products are technically decoration items, however they are built like pooltoys and outdoor toys. Unlike most other inflatables for decoration, negative curves and stressed seams are typically reinforced.
  9. How do I use the valves and how do I inflate/use/maintain/clean my product? You can find helpful hints on our Helpful Hints and Information page.
  10. Can I take your inflatables into the pool or ocean? Unless the item is specifically marked as a leisure floatation article, any other use than as a decoration item is at your own risk. We like to believe that oversized warning signs do not replace common sense, therefore Horseplay Inflatables products typically do not carry the warning labels required for aquatic and/or inflatable toys or leisure items.
  11. What material do you use? All standard “Horseplay Inflatables”-branded items are made of 0.25mm-0.3mm soft-PVC (N6P/EN 71 standard). Inflatable body pillows are made of 0.25mm soft vinyl or 0.2mm transparent vinyl (N6P/EN 71 Standard). Heavy duty "custom toy" items are made of 0.4mm N6P/EN 71 Standard vinyl.
  12. What do you recommend for fixing punctures and tears from use? Depending on where you live, we recommend Tear Aid Type B adhesive patches for easy fixes.  For major repairs, spare vinyl material should be glued over the damage, using HH66, Loctite vinyl glue, Pattex Transparent or Stormsure PVC glue. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  13. Do you sell toys with adult modifications or do you modify your products for adult use? Our inflatable body pillows are aimed at adult use. Some are fitted with SPHs/love holes; others can be modified on request - this needs to be stated in the order! Inflatable animals with SPH mods are only listed in the Kinky Stuff collection. We do not custom-modify other (stock) products. For inflatable suits made from our products: we collaborate with several private individuals who tailor such products to your needs. Please enquire. 
  14. May I pick my products up? You may only pick up your products at public events or functions where a Horseplay Inflatables representative is present after prior co-ordination. Pick-up at the warehouse locations is not possible.
