Horses, Flausis, & Triakis due to be delivered in early 2025
⚠️Collective Lizet cats (Oct/Nov 2023) and horses/reindeer/sharks (Apr-Jul 2024) pre-order updates.
We finally have sailing schedules for the vessels carrying the goods to Germany and the US. They will be in port end of January, early February respectively.
This means that we will miss our anticipated delivery time-frame (January) by a few days. We now expect to ship out the pre-orders from Germany in/around the 2nd week of February. Shipping from the US will most likely be around the 3rd/4th week of February.
These are tentative dates - again, which assume normal cargo processing times. As most of you know, time frames for unloading, customs clearance and delivery to the warehouses are impossible to predict and can vary by several days.
We will post updates here whenever we get new information. Please do not ask individually about the status of your pre-orders. You will receive tracking information once the orders are sent out. We will post here once all orders have been physically sent out. Until then we will refer you back to our public communication in order to avoid that people will get superseded or inaccurate information by email or through other channels.
Both pre-orders will be sent out together, which means that if you have pre-ordered items from both productions, then you will receive them in a single shipment (unless they exceed maximum parcel weights/sizes).
Thank you again all for having had so much patience with us throughout 2024. We are keeping our fingers crossed that this will be the last time that we have to announce a delay (even if only by a few days).
