These items have been returned because of leaks and other defects. They have been inspected upon return, cleaned and repackaged. No repairs have been made.
The most common type of defects are small/slow leaks (less than 1 cm) and printings offset at the muzzle (1 - 1-3 cm to each side of the seam).
